Each year, Challenger Center's Journey through the Universe launches thousands of everyday people-teachers and students, moms, dads, and caregivers-on a fantastic journey through our universe.
Funded by grants from NASA's Minority University Research in Education Division (MURED) and the Offices of Space Flight, Space Science, and Earth Science, Journey through the Universe uses the interdisciplinary themes of human space flight and space science to engage entire communities in the wonders of the cosmos.
As part of the Journey program, communities receive supplemental space science curriculum modules to use in the classroom throughout the year. Choose a module to download these exciting lessons.
- Building a Permanent Human Presence in Space
- Are There Other Neighborhoods Like Our Own?
- Earth Systems Science
- Voyage: A Journey Through Our Solar System
